LOXY is looking for a Software Test Engineer to ensure the quality of our products and applications. What you’ll do

As a Software Test Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • You will oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective defect management throughout the development lifecycle. 

  • You will design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications, as well as conduct performance and load testing for APIs. 

  • You will identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs, and assist in root cause analysis. 

  • Collaborating closely with developers, SRE engineers, and product managers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. 

  • You will continuously contribute to process improvements in our testing and quality assurance workflows. Making sure that the entire process is visible either to developers or product managers. 

What you must have

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent  

  • 4+ years of experience  

  • Ability to work independently in a new role for the Company Excellent problem-solving skills. 

  • Previous experience in QA or software testing. 

  • Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, performance, etc.). 

  • Experience with automated testing (e.g., Playwright, Cypress). 

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (desired). 

  • Experience with testing APIs using tools such as Postman 

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 

  • Fluency in English
